All items are handmade and made to order unless otherwise noted.

Processing Time (Time it takes to create product  NOT shipping) 
Processing times vary by product and material:  

  • Some resin items require up to 3-4 days to create and then promptly shipped. 

  • Others may require up to 5–7 days to create and then promptly shipped 

  • Cement-based items require additional curing time up to 6-8 days and then promptly shipped. 

I take great care and put in the extra time to insure your product is beautiful.

Shipping Method: Delivery estimates shown at checkout reflect carrier transit time only and do not include processing time of your handmade product.

Tracking
Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

Important Note
Because items are handcrafted, slight variations and processing times are part of the handmade process.

  • We are not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect address that was provided when placing order.  (Please contact us right away if this happens hopefully, we can change it before shipping).
  • We are not able to offer refunds for incorrect addresses.
  • We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by weather, mechanical error or other problems involving shipping service that is used.
